A way to have a summary posted to email for this list?

Bron,
Is there a way that we could set up a summary mailing of posts from the list to our members for this list? I would think that it would help us keep track of discussions and the like. Of course, it should be optional, similar to Yahoo Groups settings...
Thanks,
Phil
